Lifestyle

Lifestyle is not a prescriptive recipe or a package of behaviours to purchase. It is a situated way of inhabiting the world, born from the deep interweaving of body, environment, culture, and relationships.

It’s not about doing sport, eating healthy, or following wellness trends, but about rediscovering an ecology of living that aligns with one's own rhythms, memories, and inner landscapes.

A longevity lifestyle is not measured by performance or parameters, but by the quality of connection — with the land, with time, with others.

It is a way of being, not a product to be bought.

Slowness as a form of embodied knowledge

At the heart of my research on longevity, I wanted to dedicate a space to slowness—not as an obstacle, but as a vital resource. The following lines explore its anthropological, bodily, and symbolic value.

Cooking is an act of longevity

Kneading and preparing food restores our connection with matter, prepares the body for digestion, and harmonizes the senses. In the act of making, health, meaning, and presence come to life.
