Longevity beyond the schemes

Culture, healing and practices from the Sardinian Blue Zones

My Vision

From Blue Zones to your Life

I believe in a possible longevity — not as a genetic privilege, but as a path of transformation and grounding.
My mission is to guide each person in creating new life paradigms, where well-being emerges from the balance between body, culture, and environment.
Through a biocultural and somatic approach, I offer spaces and tools to inhabit time with presence, energy, and awareness.

A long life as a journey of integration, regeneration, and mindful consciousness

All about True Longevity

Longevity is not just about living longer—it's a subtle form of healing.
Healing doesn’t mean eliminating pain, but integrating experience, transforming wounds into wisdom, and making peace with one’s story. In this sense, a long life becomes an inner evolution, where body, mind, and heart realign with their natural rhythm.

From a holistic perspective, longevity and healing are deeply intertwined: each day offers a chance to release what weighs us down and to nourish what restores us.
It’s not only about physical health, but about a daily practice of listening, coherence, and presence.
In this way, life expands not just in years, but in depth, meaning, and vitality.

One-on-One Programs

My practise

I will help you not only live longer, but add years to your life — and more life to your years.
I will guide you through a journey of transformation, where longevity means deep connection: with your body, with the environment around you, and with the roots of your personal story.
Through somatic practices, meditation, cultural awareness, and a shift in paradigm, I will support you in building a new way of inhabiting time — more present, more personal, more alive.

About

The Longevity Community

Longevity is not just a matter of numbers or genetics. It is a complex phenomenon—cultural, ecological, and relational.
That’s why I created a permanent observatory on longevity, combining scientific insight with deep listening to long-lived communities, particularly those in Sardinia—one of the most studied Blue Zones in the world.

The observatory is rooted in a continuous and participatory research approach: a fieldwork-based practice of listening, dialogue, and documentation that connects everyday practices, traditional knowledge, and emerging trajectories of innovation

Landscapes of Longevity

Rooted in the Land

In Sardinia, longevity is not simply the outcome of genetics or lifestyle. It is deeply woven into the land—its rhythms, its shapes, its stories.
Here, I explore Sardinia as a living landscape, rich with agency, capable of shaping and sustaining long, vital lives.

Taking a grounded, anthropological approach, I look at how everyday practices—eating, working, relating, and ritual—are inseparable from place, and from its ecological, symbolic, and sensory dimensions.

Revitalizing communities

Revitalizing communities means creating new connections and opportunities.
As an expert in welfare and community planning, I support small businesses, local administrations, and entrepreneurs in shaping concrete and sustainable solutions for their projects, enhancing local resources and building networks for shared growth.
